Interdisciplinary Approaches for Improved Oral Health

The AAPHD Council on Practice has engaged key stakeholders and experts to develop a case for the importance of interdisciplinary approaches to improve individual and population oral health. The group has developed a white paper that is intended to engage dental, medical, public health, allied health, and other professionals who have an interest in addressing oral health and learning about interdisciplinary approaches that improve population and community health. The AAPHD Council on Practice hopes that this white paper will be a first in a series that addresses timely topics related to best practices in dental and population health.
