Description

This session will cover key components of person-centered care, interprofessional practice and value-based payment in oral health. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and engage with presenters in a meaningful discussion about how we can strategically adapt dental programs in support of growing and maintaining access to care and operational stability.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the changing healthcare landscape and what that means for FQHC dental programs.
  2. How to prepare the dental program for value-based care through both clinically and fiscally sound best practices. Policies, maximizing revenue opportunities (fees, effective billing & payment policies & budget
  3. Maximizing capacity while maintaining patient-centered care and meaningful visits. Scheduling, utilizing Teledentistry & staffing reimbursement of care coordination through TD
