Description
This session will cover key components of person-centered care, interprofessional practice and value-based payment in oral health. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and engage with presenters in a meaningful discussion about how we can strategically adapt dental programs in support of growing and maintaining access to care and operational stability.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the changing healthcare landscape and what that means for FQHC dental programs.
- How to prepare the dental program for value-based care through both clinically and fiscally sound best practices.
- Identify opportunities in both primary and oral health care by incorporating a person- centered disease management approach to care delivery using teledentistry.
