Community Oral Health Transformation (COrHT) Initiative Participant Study

Thank you for your interest in participating in a research study about the Community Oral Health Transformation (COrHT) Initiative. This study is about improving dental care for patients. The study uses interviews and data from dental clinics to learn how to provide better dental care to patients.
