Support to the Oregon Primary Care Association for continuation of its role in the Strengthening the Oral Health Safety Net Initiative. Unique approaches include, but are not limited to: the implementation of the OPCA Data Transparency Program, developed during Year 1, which includes both oral health and medical health quality measures collected by all Oregon CHCs; partnering with a consultant, the Interaction Institute for Social Change, to provide Facilitative Leadership training for dental and medical director dyads from the same CHCs that take the training together; partnership with the Oregon Oral Health Coalition on several key initiatives including the support of dental quality measures in the Oregon CCO model, and the design of incentives based on oral health outcomes.
