Support to the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers for continuation of its role in the Strengthening the Oral Health Safety Net Initiative. Unique approaches include, but are not limited to: a three-pronged integration program based around integrated services for prenatal oral health care, infant oral health care, and toddler/preschool (aged 2-5) preventive oral health care services; convening a Tri-State Oral Health Integration Summit in partnership with the Illinois and Michigan PCAs; developing a collaborative project with the Ohio Department of Health that links children screened in the school-based sealant program to dental homes in Ohio CHCs.
