Support to the Kansas Association for the Medically Underserved for continuation of its role in the Strengthening the Oral Health Safety Net Initiative. Unique approaches include, but are not limited to: expansion of the Salina full CHC integration pilot to an additional 3 CHCs during this year, leveraging learning and identified best practices to support the integration of services in new partner CHCs; continuation of the highly successful Kansas Dental Executive Network; partnering with member CHCs to work on the inclusion of oral health into the Patient-Centered Medical Home; acting as lead convenor for the Kansas Dental Project, a statewide partnership for the promotion of oral health at the state level, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Oral Health Kansas and the Kansas Bureau of Oral Health.
