Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers will continue progress made in the first year of the Initiative, spreading strategies for fluoride varnish application by primary care providers, ensuring oral health is part of the patient-centered medical home with the state, convening an oral health summit to engage traditional and non-traditional stakeholders in oral health at the CHC, and establishing a dental directors' committee to support oral health leadership in member centers.
