This grant supports the Chicago Community Oral Health Forum (CCOHF) which is providing an opportunity for strategy development through collaboration, communication, and coordination between the private and public sectors as a way to address oral health disparities in Chicago. This work supports the Chicagoland Oral Health Plan whose goals are to generate program and system changes for improved oral health through (1) monitoring the use of the oral health care system in Chicago; (2) expanding the oral health infrastructure; and (3) developing/expanding oral health promotion.
