PACHC will promote inter-professional activities through educational programs and by building on existing relationships with hospital and physician organizations. PACHC will elevate the importance of oral health within the PCA and within Community Health Center leadership through a number of effective communication tools engaging all leadership levels and by hosting a statewide session on oral/medical health collaboration. To advance safety net oral health needs at the state level, PACHC will maintain regular meetings with key stakeholders to advocate for effective payment policy, through participation in the PA Coalition for Oral Health and through development of an Oral Health white paper that will be widely circulated throughout the state. PACHC is committed to working with Safety Net Solutions identify PA health centers interested in receiving technical assistance to enhance dental programs.
