This grant aims to strengthen the oral health capacity of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) to provide technical assistance to its constituent state Primary Care Associations. NACHC will partner with the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA), MLCHC, and DentaQuest Institute/Safety Net Solutions (DQI/SNS) to cultivate executive leadership at the national, state, and local level to promote optimal oral health; encourage inter-professional collaboration among dental and medical programs in community health centers; strengthen Community Health Center dental programs to provide sustainable and effective oral health care; and provide evidence-based advocacy at the national level that promotes the role of safety net providers in improving community oral health.
