This grant supports development of a researched publication focused on Evolving Models of Collaboration and Integration of Oral Health and Primary Care. The white paper will address the need for objective evidenced-based information about models of collaboration and integration that will benefit the community at large, those at risk for dental disease, and those with medical conditions that may be exacerbated by dental disease. The white paper is modeled after the Milbank-supported paper on the integration of behavioral health into primary care, and is anticipated to have a lasting and meaningful impact on NIIOH's work for oral health and prevention.
