Support to Vista Community Clinic (VCC) to purchase reusable dental hand instruments. As part of VCC's response to the onset of the Affordable Care Act, VCC has implemented a number of projects designed to increase agency capacity to provide patients with high-quality, affordable healthcare services. VCC, which serves as the dental safety net in Vista and Oceanside, California, will be able to significantly increase the number of patients that can be seen in a given day as well as improve the efficiency of staff utilization through the purchase of new dental hand instruments, thereby improving quality and optimizing revenue for the clinic.
