Support to Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) to assess state intentions around incorporating adult dental coverage into benefit packages for Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This project will explore the considerations of states across the country that have decided to expand Medicaid eligibility guidelines and produce policy recommendations that could facilitate the inclusion of adult dental coverage in expansion benefit packages. Support of this proposal will inform the decision making process for those who are still debating the pros and cons of including dental benefits for adults and lead to enhanced coverage and access.
