This investment supports the development and expansion of relationships between shelter advocates and local oral health providers and to educate clients on maintaining good oral health at Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services. This includes coordinating transportation for clients to local services and free clinics in bigger cities nearby. This organization originally came in with a proposal to pay for direct services, which is unallowable, so we spoke with them about changing the scope of the proposal and moving the request to EDF.
