The UCLA Center for Children’s Oral Health will hold its second biennial two-day interdisciplinary “Oral Health Innovation Forum” in fall 2020 to continue dialogue regarding oral health disparities as a public health concern and the need for interprofessional partnerships in order to create tangible, positive changes in the oral health status and ultimately in the lives of underserved, low-income children and families. The event will mobilize a diverse stakeholder group of dental, medical, nursing, public health and public policy thought leaders in order to develop a strategic plan of action for advocacy. $5,000 will cover the cost of the UCLA Luskin Conference Center.
