Support to the Maryland Dental Action Coalition to prepare its highly successful Healthy Teeth, Healthy Kids oral health literacy campaign for use in other states. In response to multiple requests at the state and national level, Maryland’s multiple award-winning campaign will be modified for use in other geographies by removing Maryland-specific content in literacy materials and expanding the campaign website for broader applicability. The resultant materials will help support DentaQuest Foundation’s commitment to optimal oral health literacy, and directly aligns with its goal of eradicating dental disease in children. Funding will be used to support costs related to design adaptations in the materials, website updates, and staff time for process management.
