Executive Director's Fund sponsorship of the inaugural Annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia on October 18, 2017 will bring health care educators, researchers and practitioners to discuss current science and to advance, improve, promote and protect the professional discipline of cariology. This grant will fund contributions to educate health professionals: to support and work with organizations with similar goals and missions and to foster collaboration with individuals pursuing similar purposes. This grant funds will also be used to pay for the AAC Website and to maintain updated information and communication with members and non-members of the Academy. Publications by the AAC will be to promote oral health in the U.S. through education, research and practice engaging dental and non-dental health care providers. The funds will be used for printing purposes and promotion of the oral health in non-dental disciplines. Additionally, professional fees will be funded for an executive director part time position to provide future support to the Board members.
